I usually don't watch this show, but my wife and me zapped into Lipstick Jungle a couple of days ago - and I happened to see the following little snippet. I thought I'd share it with you though it's not much (but cute). But the BDSM references in mainstream programs certainly keep on coming in increased numbers.

John Safran's Race Relations is an Australian comedy documentary series that is currently broadcast downunder.
As the homepage states:
John Safran gets busy with cross-cultural love.

In Episode 7 John flew to the US to visit a couple who practices a thing called "Christian Domestic Discipline".
I'm not going to comment on this. The clip in a way speaks for itself I guess. If you can't say anything nice, it's sometimes best if you just don't say anything at all.

But - and that's the good part of it - John spanks the very pretty and widely unknown actress Kristen Condon. I'm not quite sure if they are (or used to be) together, but I think so.
For a mainstream TV show he dishes out a very sound spanking to her - although she doesn't seem to mind.

She probably has experience with this: for several years she used to be the girlfriend of director Richard Wolstencroft - who directed the adaption of F.Scott Fitzgerald's novel The Beautiful and Damned (the only movie Kristen has starred in so far).
In 1992 Wolstencroft founded the Hellfire Club, a BDSM-themed nightclub which operated in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane. He also runs his own blog (with quite a number of spanking-related posts, too) and commented on this episode like this:

Fake of the Week

Way back from the year 1937 comes my classic movie clip of this week.
It's lovely Ann Sheridan - who started her movie career by winning a beauty contest - getting a well-deserved onscreen spanking in "The Footloose Heiress", a fast-paced comedy with a playtime of less than one hour.

I had the clip of the spankinhg on my drive, but also was able to locate the original movie trailer for this.
I took both and created a pretty good (I think) combination of both for your maximum entertainment.
The trailer showed the spanking too, but filmed from a different perspective! These shots then didn't make it into the final cut, so they might be new to you.

Let's add another great reader contribution to the database - from a part of the world that has been under-represented on this blog thus far: Egypt.

My research on this clip produced the following: the title of the play is "Sok Ala Banatak" and it means "Lock Your Girls In" (or at least something similar).
Obviously it's also originally written in Arabic letters and looks more like this:


It appears to be a stage play (probably televised) and the spanker is Egyptian late star Fouad El-Mohandes (although this one as a stage play is not listed in his IMDB entry, but confirmed via other sources).

Here's more information from an Arabic DVD Shop (the DVD was obviously released in 2001):
