There's another scene in this show which could be argued as a spanking scene, albeit somewhat borderline. I think definitely worthy of adding here, not least because it is the show's star who is on the receiving end this time. It also has some other unique features.

The context, such that it is, is this episode is entirely made up of random weirdness under the guise of being an April fool's day special and in one of the segments there's an imaginary 70s gameshow parody on which Tori (Victoria Justice) is the contestant:
The game requires her to finish a sentence with a very obvious missing word. Her friends on the panel also have to guess the missing word but they have all guessed absurd wrong answers. In this bizarro gameshow, when someone on the panel guesses a wrong answer, a guy in a lobster suit runs out, picks up Tori and throws her to the ground:
And once she's down, takes the opportunity to give her upturned butt a couple of swats with his oversized claw-hand:

When I first saw this in the full clip, it happens quickly and with his absurd costume, I was dubious whether they was actually any real contact made and, if so, whether it was intentional. Definitely wasn't sure it could be called a spanking scene. But watching back, I think there are two clearly visible and audible smacks landed on her butt and it's hard to see his action as anything other than a deliberate spanking motion.
Also, if you watch through, you'll see that the lobster re-enters when another wrong answer is given. Once again he throws her to the ground and again he appears to swing his arm towards her butt twice. It's not as clear this time whether he lands them successfully because of the camera angle and her position, but I'm inclined to think he does land at least one more.
And then, like me, you may wonder if these were scripted actions or if the extra in the suit had just freestyled. Well, alongside the show there was a promotional website (ironically called theslap.com), which was like a fake social network that the show's characters 'posted' on about the events of the show - i.e. this would be additional content posted by the show's makers. There's a wiki archive of the posts that were made on there and after this episode aired appeared this post:
Tori: I can't believe Hollywood Arts doesn't celebrate April Fools' Day! In other news, I just got spanked by a giant lobster. What a weird day.
