The title is Russian and means The Nineties (the decade).This is a scene from a movie your parents wouldn't have approved of (sleaze, softcore and such).
There is not much to be found and I believe this is a production that was never "released" in any conventional way, so it's not listed in the IMDB. It appears to be an online only project by Valery Loktionov.
While it is probably a low budget production the short clips available show a very decent quality of filming. And also that somebody knows how to stage and film a good spanking!
A girl is kidnapped and gets a switching. Later one she seems to get her revenge on the villainess.
And there's not much faking here, the switch clearly lands on the bare bottom and leaves some stripes.
No clue who the actors are though.
