For accessibility's sake, I'm going to use the title that it's listed under on Youtube, even though there's no mention of this title on its IMDB page, there isn't really much information on its IMDB, which for a Chinese series, isn't all that unusual. If you happen to speak Chinese and this seems oddly edited, apologies, but I have no idea what is happening in the clip, outside of the main character being spanked. There are supposedly English subtitles on Youtube, but they're not attached to the video file, so all we have is the original Chinese audio and whatever language the subs are in, be it Chinese or Japanese, or something else.

Wow, that sure is a long paddling. Unusal for that setting that she seems to be tied down so it's not a ritual punishment...looks like an interrogation to me. In some angles it would seem she has some sort of cover for the paddling under her dress, but maybe that's just part of the regular attire
