Hi guys, thank you for letting me join your group. I have a question please.

Can anyone tell me what this film/TV program is so I can find a full length version of this scene. The gif is titled James Bond/Timothy Dalton but I definitely know that no James Bond film has a scene like this and that's certainly not Timothy Dalton, but I'm guessing someone here will instantly recognise exactly where it comes from.
