This is an unfortunate case of a good spanking, a better spankee, cursed with a terrible camera angle. The official footage is only shot from the front, FSW was not well prepared to film this steel cage match event as you can tell the cameramen are outside the cage. There is also fan footage from Tim Thaya which is bit better of an angle and actually better quality video than what FSW produced, but it's filmed in portrait and he's of course further from the action.
