This one brings back the good ol' memories and feels of taping all those smutty parts from movies, late night on "skinemax", a long forgotten struggle that the youth of today will never know. Now they just cry on social media whenever there's a sex scene in a popular film... I digress.
Oh yes. My VHS Tapes with such scenes were lost some time ago, but I do remember that feeling of satisfaction when you managed to record a scene - and be able to watch it whenever you feel like it. Being able to program a video recorder was a mystic ability back then as well.
Nowadays everything comes easy and in heavy overdoses. No effort required. And it's showing in all aspects of life. Even sex and dating seems to be too tedious for some teens and twens...

Torture Me, Kiss Me (1970)

Admittedly, I've never watched this one in its entirety. The scene itself is fun (and I believe, unintentionally funny) there are two victims of the whip, it seems as though neither are credited in the film, there is a "as girl being whipped" credit on IMDB, that's Geri Miller. But, there are two women being whipped, I'd assume she's the first one. The other girl is quite pretty, but she has a turn whipping the first girl, and her motions during her close-up shots as she's trying to act like she's flinging the whip, are just hysterical. Coupled with the male whipper, choking up on the whip so far, that only the tail end can move. I don't know, maybe it's my love of terrible cheese, but It's just really comical to me. Somebody will enjoy it, I'm sure.

The facial expressions on the male are priceless. Talk about corny at it's best.

In this spaghetti western from the director of Dos pistolas gemelas (1966), Mara Cruz is Judy, the sister of the film's protagonist. Their parents were killed by the wealthy town patriarch. Judy has been forced into life-long servitude to the family who killed their parents. Now that her brother has returned, their plot for revenge unfolds... but then Judy gets whipped by one of the family members and for no good reason, she spills the beans on the whole thing in a moment of anger. Good job, Judy.

...and an expert job by the actor wielding the whip as (I believe) to manage to avoid hitting her at all if you look closely. The strokes lands just right behind her stirring up just the dirt.

Hanzo the Razor: The Snare (1973)

*Graphic Content Warning*
Original title: Goyôkiba: Kamisori Hanzô jigoku zeme

Everyone's favorite sexual assaulting detective, Hanzo the Razor's 1973 sequel features a scene where a madame allows her client to beat a prostitute with bamboo. It's pretty graphic even if the marks aren't all too realistic, they're also not horribly fake looking.

Ruthless (2020-Current)

Credit to sadicopt for finding this series.

Also known as Tyler Perry's Ruthless. It's a show about a Jim Jones-esque cult, in fact they even reference Jones during an FBI related scene. It has a sort of telenovela feel, going through the episodes, but it is pretty grimy in parts, given the little I know about Tyler Perry. There are 3 scenes of note, the one found by sadicopt is far and away the best of them though.

First, Melissa L. Williams is sort of struck with a whip a couple of times, by Lenny Thomas in Season 1, Episode 13; "An Angel from Heaven"

The best scene is split between two episodes. Season 1, Episodes 16 and 17, "Quid Pro Quo" and "Unnatural Acts", where Michelle Núñez is whipped by Melissa L. Williams.

Finally, in Season 4, Episode 17, "Crossing the Line", Tiffany Oblesby is whipped by Melissa L. Williams.
