The German title (island of 1000 pleasures) is quite misleading as this is not some softcore flick, but a rather dark sexploitation thriller. Which is even features a plot in which more or less every character wants to kill another one (or multiple).
In one of the first scenes Otto Retzer is "motivating" some scantily clad women to enter a ship.
It's your guess if his birch makes contact with anything but the sea, so I'll put it here instead of the spanking section...
