I thought this was here somewhere, but I can't find it. So, just in case it isn't. This scene is from a short film called Mirabilis. The video quality isn't very good, but it is from the male lead actor's youtube channel (full film here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BhNYYRXHJxU) so, I'm not sure there's much hope of a higher quality version of it. If so, I'd question why this seemingly official upload would be in such a state.

That is definitely an improvement. There isn't a ton of pixelation on it.
