The database lists three well-known spankings with "cowboy" Gene Autry, one of the most proflic screen spankers ever.
And I am 99% sure (despite the quality) that Mr Autry is spanking here once again in this currently unidentifed clip.
The guess is based on Harry's post that finds that a spanking was reported for "Gold Mine in the Sky", but there actually is none in the movie (https://mainstreamspanking.wordpress.co ... -spanking/).
There really should be a spanking scene in Gold Mine in the Sky. Carol Hughes plays Cody Langham, a spoiled heiress who inherits all that her father has left in the world after her madcap life of free spending – namely, his ranch in Wyoming. But the terms of the will put her under the authority of the ranch foreman, Gene Autry, until she marries a man he approves of. She gets into several scrapes, including faking her own kidnapping, but her relationship with Autry develops through the movie in a way that means she never actually has a critical moment of confrontation with him, just occasional friction and misunderstanding.
The point is that the actress in the clip looks very much like Carol Hughes to me, although you can't be 100% sure with quality.
So is this the "lost" Gold Mine spanking?
