I'm assuming the actress is Eva Lin, because no one else in the film really fits the descriptor; "Sexy girl". In the first scene, Hua is whipping Lin, it seems to me, on the bottom and sends her on her way with a parting smack. Later in the film she's briefly pictured being whipped again, as that scene is inter-cut with our heroine racing to the scene for revenge.
