Spanker ist Bruno X - on stage. Unclear if this is a still from the movie or just a publicity picture.

Wow, I fastforwarded through it and this sure seems to be a weird movie (about making a music video).
Anyway lots of strangeness on stage, even some violence.
But at a first glance I couldn't find the spanking / whipping scene.

The only part with a guy in such a costume seems to be starting around 1.24 and there is a quick whip wielding moment at 1.24.42, but that's it.
I will take a closer look soon, but it's probably just a publicity still (or has been cut).
