This was listed as a film with a slightly different title, but it's actually from the awkward and oft unfunny Shaw Brothers comedy/sci-fi production; Twinkle Twinkle Little Star (english title). This is the end of the film, where the main characters finally fall in love.

And as a bonus, because it's a cute scene and one of the few that actually made me laugh. The farcical callback to Marylin Monroe in Seven Year Itch, which goes horribly wrong.
