Some great ingame spankng (sexual context) in the 2011 sequel The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings developed by CD Projekt Red. Philippa spanks Cynthia and isn't bothered when the Witcher enters the scene.

Here's some background to the scene:
Cynthia was a mage in the Nilfgaardian Empire's service during the 1270s. She was an apprentice of Vanhemar and, for a short amount of time, Philippa Eilhart who thought of her as a mere adept and lover, when in fact Cynthia spied on her all along.
