Another Royal Australian Navy member in trouble is Chief Petty Officer Ralph Weingaertner who has been charged with lifting a female sailor up and sliding his hand up between her legs as she descended. This was alleged to have happened aboard HMAS Success, but his version of the story is unlikely to be successful. The young lady is adamant it really happened.

CPO Ralph finished up being acquitted. The female sailor decided she was not sure it was deliberate.

Maybe she decided she liked it.

Yeah, or more likely she decided the ordeal of bringing a sex abuse case - especially in that setting - was too traumatic to be worth it.

FFS.

It was at the Court hearing when one of her friends came up with the e-mail, long after the event
and the transmission. If the friend had not come forward the CPO would have been history. The matter was discharged at the end of the hearing by a Magistrate.


Another Officer has been convicted of perving on a naked female sailor in the shower using a mirror.
WTF?
