this video is interesting and quite enjoyable to watch, though it's too short:




That's surely not an actual scene, but it also doesn't seem to come from a low grade women in prison movie

Could anybody give me some help to know from what it is?

If you play with the video and stop it at around 16 sec's you can clearly see this was a bare-bottom caning (though blurred). Also, there is a very short view of her bare derriere during the actual caning, not show here!

Wish that it would have been longer! It indeed look like a barebottom caning of a woman a rarity in women in prison movies!
