Now this is a new movie spanking I've discovered only recently - it's from the 2007 video release Caregiver!
While it's pretty low budget and probably not worth watching, there certainly were some spankophiles in charge of this production. There are two belt spankings scenes in this one - and one of them is quite long too.
The first scene has Rachel Blaha getting the belt from Åsa Wallander. In the other scene Miss Blaha is copying the words and behaviour of Miss Wallander and is dishing out a few whacks to Elisa Eliot.
