It's a spanking with a carpet beater in the 1986 UK mini series "The Life and Loves of a She-Devil".
Purists might note that it's offscreen - you don't see the carpet beater land.
But still, we don't see that implement used in mainstream movies or series too often, so it's well-worth mentioning.
