It's suddenly so clear to me that spanking is a topic of interest universal to all humans.. even vanilla people find it interesting and captivting at some level and understand the fascination.

To openly admit this is taboo, though, for many people.

Comedy plays a role in such situations. It is not taboo to be openly intereted in watching a comedic depiction of a taboo subject because one can say "I like watching this this because I like comedy" and that makes it alright.

This clip is so wildly improbable and the community worker behaves so naievely thatit is - surely it is? - based on a real-life incident. You couldn't make it up.

Not really off screen - just from a not so explicit angle. Just to be a boring realist, so the licks (if that's the correct word for switch strokes) could be faked I expect.
What a great fantasy though! And a really sound switching. One of the best clips you've ever posted and virtually has to be the funniest.
I think probably the most hilarious aspect for US viewers is the blonde being "whooped" by a black (sorry, African-American) woman. It's good the latter isn't made a plaster saint (to say the least), either, though the whipping is somehow extremely satisfying from a liberal point of view.
Pity we don't really get to see the girl's panties properly when she takes her "pants" down though.
