There are a few noteworthy scenes from Nightmare in Badham County, which was released in the states as an ABC TV Movie of the Week, but internationally was released to theaters with some differences. In the international theatrical version, Denise Dillaway is punished for eating the fruit she was picking, in this sort of plantation women's prison. She is stripped and then held arms out while one of the prison guards straps her bare bottom.
Now... there is a version of this scene in the TV edit, it's toned down, but still pretty graphic for a tv movie, I suppose. It's a different actress and it's more a bare back strapping, by Ginger from Gilligan's Island.
Later in the film, the main character (played by Deborah Raffin) is also given this treatment, but it's cut very quickly. The Theatrical and Television versions of this scene are also a bit different.

A first for me that in different versions they not only change the cut of a spanking scene, but completey replace it with a different punishment scene (and a different recipient)!
