In addition to the fact that it is a pretty good song (especially by today's low standards) Charlotte Church's Call My Name certainly does have a quite submissive undertone to it.

Especially the part of
I like the sound of your hand slapping
Your whip cracking, this could be painful
might be appeal to some ;)
