In a video back during the American elections, Halle is in an interview alongside Tom Hanks. Tom has a paddle and says he's going to spank anyone who doesn't vote.
Later in the interview Halle bends over and says she's not going to vote. She then says 'I just wanted to be spanked by you', when Tom doesn't give her the requisite smack, lol.
