Joel M. Reed's (The Incredible Torture Show) debut feature is an odd exploitation film in the guise of a documentary that aims to expose the underground sex industry. In the second to last segment, there is a vignette about a young man who became the exclusive leather craftsman for the elite bdsm crowd. Joel M. Reed plays the "Sadist in the Park" but his sex slave is uncredited, in what is by far the most entertaining segment of the film. The scenes aren't too bad themselves, but as with most low budget the films of the time, the sound is all added in post and it is terrible
