A pretty young college student is arrested during a demonstration. She is taken to a notorious detention center, where she is subjected to sexual harassment by lesbian inmates and guards, and becomes the target of a sadistic, bullwhip-wielding warden.

I couldn't find the movie and have just this one scene for it.
The clip's quality was ghastly (size, color, brightness) so I tried to improve it as best as I could!
This has been a sought after one for a long time. I'd love someone to get ahold of it and give it a proper release, but as of now it's nearly impossible see. Someone out there has a copy of it, because I know of one former website runner who's (at least claimed to have) seen the whole film.
