In this 90s Hong Kong film, both Pauline Chan and Hsuan Shao are whipped. Chan, for biting off the ear of one of her clients. Shao, for encouraging Chan to flee from the bordello. The copy is not great, but it's not an easy to find film, the DVD it comes from is actually a pressed (mass market) dvd, but it looks like the transfer is straight from a vhs with bad cropping (which I fixed as best I could) and pretty badly translated English subtitles. I left in a lot of "context" as well, so It's a long clip.
Another early 90s one that is hard to find. I've not seen this available anywhere since the day of VHS. I happened to come across it being streamed in an unofficial capacity. There's not much to the scene(s), Wings Hauser "saves" T.C. Warner from being whipped in a seedy 900 number call center (was this even a thing that happened at the headquarters of phone sex operations? It seems a bit far fetched.) We don't see anything but the marks on her back initially. Later in the film Hauser returns to the scene (I believe after Warner's been found dead) and re-envisions the whipping, this time we see a tiny bit, we'll call it 1 and 1/2 lashes . As I said, nothing spectacular, but as I don't discriminate much and it is a hard-to-find film, here's the scene...
In this Brian Yuzna directed Superhero/Horror hybrid (very comparable to Spawn), the hero's love interest (Isabel Brook) is taken by the villainous M and subjected to what turns into a sort of therapeutic torture session at the hands of a villainous mistress (Mònica Van Campen), wherein we see a brief whipping scene with Brook in a stockade. This is followed by her being locked in a standing cage, in a very revealing outfit. Van Campen turns the cage, showing us Brook's whipped back.
