Initially, I got this one because I had read there was whipping scene within and it could certainly be classified that way, as they are swinging pretty wildly, but most of the on camera licks are connecting with the butt/back of the thigh area. So, we're going to give this one to the spanking scene database. Tony and Frankie are a couple of money transporters who get duped by Dana and Marcia. The girls steal the money and this scene is part of the interrogation that they suffer (the other part will end up in the gooner section ) as Tony and Frankie try get them to confess the whereabouts of the missing cash.
