This is another one with no dialogue, not even character names, so I can't identify who any of the listed actors are portraying. It's a low budget 60s film from a director who... surprise, surprise, would go on to direct porno films. The character who delivers the short spanking, is half of a couple who've been abducted and brought to this haven for sexual deviants (I think that's the plot) and the woman receiving it is some sort of mistress as she was shown prior to this, threatening/whipping the other abductee.
