This one was rather hard to identify since it appears to a Vietnamese web drama only, so no IMDB entries and litte information available.
It is an excellent scene in which 4 girls are getting their bottoms whipped onscreen!
The girls getting spanked as a triplet (twice!) should be:
Đỗ Trang Anh on the left (not 100% sure)
Pinky Bao Tran in the middle and Ny Saki on the right.
Couldn't identify the first girl (blonde) though.
